3) Performance

DOWNPAYMENT, SAMPLE DELIVERY/MILESTONE, CANCELLATION, REVISE & ADDITIONAL SERVICE

1) Down Payment :

The down payment is 60 EUR / 70 USD / 1940 NTD, have to transfer to
Jacob Music Ltd. PayPal account: johnburg0818@icloud.com

Then Jacob Music Ltd. will provide :

Composition – a 10~15 sec. mp3 sample track
Score – 8 bars sheets with watermark
Performance – N/A
Private Lesson, Creation & Consulting Session – N/A

to our Client, the down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE

The period between the starting date to deliver the milestone sample, if Client decide to cancel the corporation, the down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2) Sample Delivery/Milestone & Cancelation :

COMPOSITION

The sample will be sent as mp3 with a small, constantly beep sound, and final work will send as WAV 96~192kHz/24 bit audio including MIDI files to Client.

Client have to pre-paid 1/2 amount in each stage before Jacob Music Ltd. send the sample tracks, and if Client cancel the project before receiving final works, this pre-paid is
NON-REFUNDABLE.

Project amount less than 1800 EUR / 2090 USD / 58140 NTD Milestone could be 1 or 2 stages.
Project amount more than 1800 EUR / 2090 USD / 58140 NTD Milestone could be 3 more stages.
SCORE

The transcription & arranging will be sent as sheet pdf file with a watermark, and final work will send as pdf files with Sibelius & MXL files to Client.

Client have to pre-paid 1/2 amount in each stage before Jacob Music Ltd. send the sample sheets, and if Client cancel the project before receiving final works, this pre-paid is
NON-REFUNDABLE.

PERFORMANCE

WAV file Audio delivery, 1080p HD at 60 fps / 4K at 60 fps video delivery

PRIVATE 1-1 & CREATIVE SESSION
One on one, webcam

3) Revise & additional service :

Client will obtain 2 times discussion session via phone or webcam, and 3 times minor modifications.
If Client need additional discussion session or modification need to pay additional service fee to Jacob Music Ltd.
